An exciting opportunity has arisen as the Propeller Systems business are looking for two Project Quality Assurances to support our Project organization. In this role you will collaborate with Project managers to assure that our delivery projects meet our customers and our own expected quality objectives. We are searching for motivated individuals with a passion for quality, project management and with a proactive mindset to support our most complex deliveries.
Key accountabilities
As a Project Quality Assurance, you will have an operational role with the responsibility to document, plan and initiate necessary quality assurance, quality control and quality inspections. This to ensure traceability to achieve product and deliveries compliance to meet expected quality objectives and expectations. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the project's quality plan within the project organization. You will also support the project with risk assessments, lessons learned activities and non-conformity investigations.
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with several teams and departments, such as the Project organization, Engineering to Order, Quality functions, Operations and Sales. In complex projects, you will be the interface with our customer quality functions assuring quality compliance against contracts.

Qualifications and experience
To best fulfill our needs and to make this a perfect fit, we believe that you have experience from previous roles within quality assurance. Expertise in general quality assurance based on ISO 9001 is essential, and knowledge in NATO or defense standards such as AQAP, MIL or similar is meritorious. We highly appreciate experience from project management, also a technical background and interest.
Focus for this role is to have the right personal skills to quality-assure our delivery projects. To be successful as a Project Quality Assurance we appreciate your ability to communicate in a clear and structured way. You will work in an international environment, therefor a high level of English is crucial. The ability to make an impact, to build relations and to act on own initiative is also fundamental to succeed in this role.

I samband med det kommer du implementera små och stora förändrings och förbättringsprojekt. Vi ser gärna att du arbetat med ISO 9001 och 14001 tidigare. Har du erfarenhet från IATF 16949 så är det meriterande.

Vårt affärssystem är Monitor och har du erfarenhet av det är det meriterande. Men vi vill gärna veta vad du har för färdigheter och kompetenser som kan hjälp oss att utvecklas.
