Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Som Senior Projektledare kommer du att driva projekt av större omfattning inom den industriella verksamheten på AkzoNobels site i Kristinehamn. Det kan handla om allt från uppdatering av befintliga produktionslinjer, till delvis nya produktionsenheter – eller uppförandet av helt nya produktionshallar med tillhörande byggnader och infrastruktur. Rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar från tidiga designfaser till färdig anläggning, med fokus på säkerhet, kvalitet, tid och budget.
Du arbetar nära olika funktioner inom verksamheten samt externa leverantörer och entreprenörer. Rollen kräver både strategiskt tänkande och förmåga att leda arbetet praktiskt på plats.
I rollen ingår bland annat att:
• Planera, leda och följa upp större investeringsprojekt inom produktion och industri.
• Säkerställa att projekt levereras i tid, inom budget och enligt uppsatta kvalitets- och säkerhetskrav.
• Leda tvärfunktionella projektgrupper och samordna interna och externa intressenter.
• Bidra till förbättring och vidareutveckling av arbetssätt och metoder inom projektledning.
• Identifiera risker och driva åtgärder för att säkerställa framdrift och resultat.
• Rapportera projektstatus och analysera utfall för kontinuerligt lärande.

Tjänsten är tillsvidare på heltid med start omgående. Du kommer vara placerad på vår site i Kristinehamn och rapportera till Engineer Manager.


Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av projektledning inom industri och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera teknik, struktur och ledarskap. Du är van att ta ansvar för projekt i större skala och drivs av att skapa resultat tillsammans med andra.
Du planerar och strukturerar arbetet på ett systematiskt sätt och är en kommunikativ ledare som skapar engagemang och tydlighet i projektgruppen.
Vi tror att du har:
• Civil- eller högskoleingenjörsexamen inom maskin, el, bygg eller motsvarande.
• Minst 10 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom industriell miljö.• Erfarenhet av större investerings- eller anläggningsprojekt.
• God kunskap i projektplanering och projektverktyg, t.ex. MS Project eller Primavera.
• Stark förmåga att leda, kommunicera och samarbeta på olika nivåer i organisationen.
• En lösningsorienterad och strukturerad arbetsstil.
• Erfarenhet av arbete i internationell miljö är meriterande.

As an Aftermarket Planner, you will be part of the Global Customer Support division, which is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades, and support in the aftermarket. During the operational lifetime of more than 30,000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades, and spare parts to secure availability and predictability for our customers.
In this position, your focus is to ensure orders and projects are delivered on time and according to specifications. You will plan and follow up on deliveries for customers both locally and globally. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure resource availability and timely project delivery. Additionally, you will ensure the correct spare parts are available in warehouses and that orders and projects are delivered on time and according to contract dates. This role involves close cooperation with the Spare Parts sales engineer, project manager, supply chain, warehouses, shipping department, operations, and customers worldwide.

What you will be doing
Order and Project Planning: Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and project completion according to order specifications and contract dates.

Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the planning and delivery process, ensuring minimal disruption to the schedule.

What we think you should have

Furthermore, experience working within supply chain is seen as advantage.
