Arbetsuppgifter
Rollen innebär att utveckla och implementera avancerade automationslösningar med fokus på PLC-programmering. Du kommer att vara delaktig i projekt från koncept till färdig idrifttagning, där du säkerställer teknisk kvalitet och bidrar till effektiva produktionsflöden hos AH Automations kunder. Det är dessutom ett stort plus om du har intresse för robotprogrammering och vill utvecklas vidare inom detta.
I rollen samarbetar du med multidisciplinära team för att integrera robotlösningar i olika applikationer inom produktion. Du kommer även att vara med och säkerställa maskinsäkerhet enligt gällande föreskrifter samt genomföra testkörning och idrifttagning av anläggningar hos kund.
Vi söker dig som
Har en avslutad eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område såsom maskinteknik, robotik eller liknande
Har arbetslivserfarenhet inom PLC-programmering och/eller robotprogrammering

An exciting opportunity has arisen as CFD Engineer (Computational Fluid Dynamics) in Hydrodynamics, part of our Kongsberg Hydrodynamic Research Centre at Kongsberg Maritime in Kristinehamn. In this position, you will use high-end CFD methodologies and tools to support propulsion products and provide company internal consultancy services within hydrodynamics. You will perform numerical simulations and analysis related to various ship hydrodynamic aspects, this to improve design and performance to lower energy consumption and maximize efficiency to our customer’s needs.

Vad kommer du att arbeta med?
Som Maskinsäkerhetsingenjör hos oss är du ett viktigt stöd och en expert inom organisationen i frågor som rör maskin- och processäkerhet. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt med att säkerställa att våra maskiner och tekniska processer uppfyller gällande krav och interna standarder.
I rollen ingår att leda och delta i riskanalyser samt genomföra processäkerhetsgranskningar av processer och utrustning vid förändringar och modifieringar. Du driver och utvecklar underhållet av vår maskinutrustning i enlighet med Akzo Nobels underhållsstandarder och ansvarar i viss mån även för egna investeringsprojekt. Vidare förväntas du utreda, analysera och utvärdera olika typer av underhållshaverier.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som är gymnasieingenjör eller högskoleingenjör med relevant teknisk inriktning. Som person är du nyfiken, har en vilja att lära och ser vikten av ett väl fungerande säkerhetsarbete på alla nivåer i organisationen. Du driver dina arbetsuppgifter med hög kvalitet och noggrannhet samt delar gärna med dig av dina kunskaper. Du har även goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Your Role
As a Development Engineer at Kongsberg Maritime, you will be a key player in our Global Customer Support division. Your main responsibility will be to work on the development and implementation of innovative solutions, adapting current technology to products delivered up to decades ago. You will coordinate and collaborate with colleagues across different functions, as well as with customers and suppliers, to ensure the successful design and upgrade of existing products.
In this role you will be involved in a variety of tasks including, setting plans, defining priorities, and taking the lead on development projects to completion - designing and implementing new solutions to meet customer needs. You may work on development projects in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics, depending on your expertise and experience. Om tjänsten Som Technical Project Lead kommer du att bli en del av ett kunnigt och positivt team som arbetar med kundanpassning och integration av propellersystem i nya försäljningsprojekt.
I din roll som teknisk projektledare har du det övergripande tekniska ansvaret för leveransen av propellerprojekt och fungerar som vår kontakt i tekniska frågor gentemot kunder och leverantörer. För att säkerställa att våra produkter håller högsta standard och möter kunders specifika krav, kommer du att ha en nära dialog med kunder, leverantörer och interna kollegor. Du arbetar sida vid sida med våra projektledare, som har det kommersiella ansvaret, och i nära samarbete med kollegor från olika divisioner inom företaget. We think you should have

Qualifications and experience
To succeed in this role, a genuine interest in technology and/or marine products and a passion for documentation writing is essential. Experience as a Technical Communicator, education in a related field, as well as knowledge from working in an XML-based tool (preferably according to S1000D & structural / architectural level) are all highly advantageous. Additionally, we prefer that you also have previous experience in illustration work however this is not a requirement.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic Waterjet team that works together to sell, design, manufacture and deliver waterjets of world class performance. At the signing of an order, the order is transferred to the Project department, where the EtO Engineer is responsible for the technical design of the delivery and together with the responsible Contract Manager manages the delivery and contract obligations until end of warranty.
This position also includes a technical supporting role in pre-sales activities - drawing proposals of shaft-lines and hydraulic systems for example, which also includes dimensional calculations. The EtO Engineer role is responsible for all technical configurations regarding the customer project. This includes design and calculations of tailormade shaft-lines, including support bearings and suitable couplings, manufacturing drawings, project drawings for hydraulic systems etc.

Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som konstruktör är du tekniskt ansvarig och sammanhållande i våra projekt, vilka har tydligt uppsatta tidplaner, budget och stort fokus på kvalitet. Du både stöttar och arbetar tätt ihop med kollegor såväl i Kristinehamn som i Norge och Kina. Som konstruktör hos oss arbetar du främst i AutoCAD, NX och Teamcenter som CAD- respektive PDM-verktyg. Du är del av i stort sett hela leveransprocessen. Från start, i att upprätta tekniska underlag till offerter och att göra beräkningar, till att i dialog med kunden anpassa produkternas konstruktion så att de motsvarar varje vattenkraftsstations unika behov.

Resor i tjänsten förekommer, uppskattningsvis från några dagar till en veckas reslängd, några gånger per år. Resorna är både inom Sverige, som till exempel vid stationsvisning i anbudsstadiet, och till Norge, övriga Europa eller Kina i samband med bland annat Factory Acceptance Tests. We are seeking for an engineer who wants to join our team working with calculations and analysis for propeller shaft line systems. Are you recently graduated or an experienced engineer? You will be part of our Product Management Propeller department who develops and deliver market leading world class propulsion solutions. Our propellers vary in sizes from 1,5 – 10 m in diameter and in Kristinehamn we have delivered our high-performance propellers for over 80 years, starting with the well-renowned KAMEWA-propeller.
As a Shaft line calculation engineer you are an integral part of the project delivery organization at Kongsberg. Your primary responsibility will be to provide alignment- and natural frequency calculations for the propeller system. Utilizing a shaft modelling program, you will model shaft lines in their entirety and evaluate the conditions of both the shafts themselves as well as the shaft line auxiliaries against classification society rules and manufacturer’s recommendations. You also contribute to preparing the basis for prices and quotations, therefore we appreciate your understanding for commercial thinking and sales processes.

Qualifications and experience
To succeed in this position, we prefer you have a degree in Engineering, Hydraulics, Mechanical or relevant field in addition to industry work experience in hydraulics. An exciting opportunity has arisen for driven engineers who wants to work in a combined role within hydrodynamic sales support and design. Since we are expanding our team with two people, we are open to hire experienced or recently graduated team members. If you’re new to hydrodynamics - do not worry! As Technical sales support, you will be part of our Global Customer Support division, working with upgrades of existing customer products. You will have a close and effective collaboration with aftermarket sales function and the team of experts in hydrodynamic to create the best upgrading design. You communicate this solution to the customer and motivate how we can translate their needs into the most efficient product upgrade, for example to reduce their fuel consumption. In this role, you will work with all products in our range, consisting of propeller, waterjet, POD and rudder, and customize the solution based on the specific vessel’s needs.
You are the one who is driving and creating the hydrodynamic design in CAD and our in-house developed software PropCalc, which is our tool used for sales, design and engineering of ship propulsion equipment. Through simulation and testing in our own laboratory, we have a unique opportunity to deliver high-end products with the right effect, power and quality. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding how our propulsion systems integrate and works in different vessels and applications. Through this experience and expertise, you will contribute to product development, research and business intelligence to understand our customers' future needs.

Qualifications and experience
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, mechanical engineering, engineering physics, Naval Architecture or equivalent. Knowledge in fluid mechanics, CAD and numerical simulation (CFD) is seen as positive, but not a requirement. An interest in sales processes and a commercial mindset contributes to learn and understand how to work with quotations and costing. In our global organization high level of English, both written and spoken, is important. Communication skills in other languages is considered an advantage.

Bolaget är främst inriktat på att sälja och leverera Risers och SPS produkter som ingår i produktionsutrustning för olja och gas och betraktas som en ledande aktör inom sitt område. Kunder är främst placerade i Europa och USA. Produkterna färdigställs med ett stort leverantörsnätverk främst i Nordeuropa.

Som projektingenjör kommer du ha en central roll i produktionsprocessen, där du ansvarar för att driva teknik- och kvalitetsfrågor kopplade till produkttillverkningen hos leverantörer från uppstart till leverans. Du kommer att ha en varierad vardag där du kommer att dra nytta av din initiativförmåga och vetgirighet. Qualifications and experience
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, mechanical engineering, engineering physics, Naval Architecture or equivalent. Knowledge in fluid mechanics, CAD and numerical simulation (CFD) is seen as positive, but not a requirement. An interest in sales processes and a commercial mindset contributes to learn and understand how to work with quotations and costing. In our global organization high level of English, both written and spoken, is important. Communication skills in other languages is considered an advantage.

Technical Sales Engineer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two driven engineers who wants to work closely with our customers as Technical Sales Engineer in the Naval or Commercial segment. You will belong to the Sales Support team in the Propeller & Shaft Line Systems organization. Part of the work and day-to-day management takes place in collaboration with the Propeller sales organization. This position is a unique opportunity where you can influence our customers in finding optimal solutions, creating better system and select the best product for different vessels. As Technical Sales Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for developing optimal propulsion solutions on behalf of both internal and external customers. The assignments range from advanced concept studies to rapid analyses. The Technical Sales Engineer’s work takes place in close collaboration with the sales organization, Kongsberg Hydrodynamics Research Center, our technical departments, purchasing and other stakeholders.
Your work results in technical specifications and drawings that will form the technical part of the contracts with our customers and support the costing of our product. Qualifications and experience

You will be part of our Product Management Propeller department. As a Hydrodynamicist you are the go-to specialist within the field of rudder hydrodynamics. You engage with rudder engineering - and R&D team to maintain and develop rudder product standards. Qualifications and experience

I den här rollen har du det övergripande tekniska ansvaret för leverans av hydraulik till våra propellerprojekt som är unika och anpassade för kundens specifika behov. Utifrån kundspecifikation gör du en sammanställande konstruktion av hydraul- och kabelschema som sedan skickas vidare till leverantör för tillverkning. Du följer sedan upp kontakten med leverantören och arbetar sida vid sida med våra kontraktansvariga projektledare samt i nära samarbete med kollegor i teamet och andra funktioner i organisationen. Vägen från order till leverans sker även genom ett tätt samarbete med våra kunder, där du är företagets representant i tekniska frågor. Som person bör du därför gilla att hålla ihop många trådar, projekt och kontaktytor parallellt.
På sikt kan det förekomma resor i tjänsten där du medverkar vid test av produkterna ute hos våra leverantörer samt interfacemöten med våra kunder, du bör därför vara positiv till detta.

Utbildning som minst högskoleingenjör inom maskinteknik eller motsvarande
Goda kunskaper i engelska då vi arbetar mot en internationell marknad
Grundläggande förståelse för hydraulik- och elkonstruktion är meriterande

Som Designingenjör ingår du i ett team som arbetar med ELegance POD, vilket är en nylanserad elektrisk propellerprodukt. I arbetet bidrar du till att modernisera och effektivisera fartygspropulsion för att möta framtida krav på miljövänlig sjöfart. Du har därför stora möjligheter att påverka i ny- och vidareutveckling av produkten, i kombination med konstruktörsarbete där du arbetar med orderstyrd design. Då avdelningen är mindre har du ett bredare ansvar, vi uppskattar därför ditt driv i att skapa tillverkningsunderlag i kombination med ditt bidrag i utvecklingsarbetet.

Vi söker nu två målmedvetna och drivna konstruktörer till rollen som Designingenjör. Hos oss ingår du i ett roligt team på avdelningen Engineering to Order (EtO) i en roll med stora utvecklingsmöjligheter. Vi erbjuder utveckling inom de områden som intresserar dig samt möjlighet till lärande om propellerprodukten för framtida utveckling inom såväl avdelningen som företaget både mot kund- och tekniksidan.

Som Designingenjör ingår du i en teknisk tung avdelning som sköter allt från utveckling, systemanpassning och interfacefrågor till detaljerad konstruktion för tillverkning och inköp. Du är den som står för detaljerad konstruktion, för tillverkning och inköp, i våra kundorder. Detta sker i nära samarbete med övriga i teamet och våra Tekniska projektledare i specifika kunduppdrag.

Då avdelningen EtO ingår i den större grupperingen Product Management Propeller har du som konstruktör hos oss stor möjlighet att påverka utformning av både grundkonstruktion samt arbetsmetoder och processer. Vi arbetar i ett stort team som kan erbjuda dig varierande arbetsuppgifter och möjlighet att delta i både kundorder och utvecklingsprojekt.

Vi fokuserar mycket på att lära oss att arbeta mer effektivt och söker dig som vill utveckla både oss som företag och dig själv inom olika områden i konstruktionsrollen. Allt från parametrisering och skapande av matematiskt styrda grundmodeller i NX, till toleranssättning, ritnings och svetsstandarder.

Den 1 april övergår verksamheten i Kristinehamn, tillsammans med övriga inom Rolls-Royce Marine, till företaget Kongsberg.
